How Long Does Delivery Take?

Normal Delivery takes 2-3 working days via Courier Services/Royal Mail. 

If you need your boots urgently, we can also offer Next Day Delivery for the UK Mainland for only £2.99 extra if orders are placed before 12:00. These will arrive the next working day (excluding Weekends/Public/Bank Holidays) by Courier or Royal Mail. 

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Our charges vary depending on weight but are typically as below

• UK, NI & Offshore - From £4.99 (Kids Wellies and Accessories have Free P&P)
• Europe - From £14.99
• Rest of The World - From £19.99 (for US residents, you can now save shipping costs, as our extra wide fit wellies are available on Amazon.com)

Who do you Use for Deliveries? 

In the UK, we use Interlink Express for most of our wellington boot deliveries, who offer an excellent service. If you provide your email address or mobile number, they will contact you at the start of the day to give you a 1 hour window for delivery. No more waiting around for a delivery between 8am and 6pm!

For some adult wellies, kids wellies, accessories, orders outside of the UK Mainland, and for most of our overseas orders, we use Royal Mail.

Do you Offer Free Shipping?

We know you all like free postage and we do offer it for kids wellies and our accessories but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the wellies going up, which wouldn't be popular either). The old cliché that 'the customer pays in the end' is true in this case I'm afraid.

What if I am not at home when the delivery comes?

Don't worry. The courier who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There'll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day. Alternatively you can always add a comment when you place your order telling them where to leave it, and they can put it in  a safe place or with a neighbour.

Why have my items not yet arrived after 3-4 working days?

Our free P&P items are sent via Royal Mail. If you have not received your goods within 7 days of purchase, please contact your local sorting office as they may have tried to deliver whilst you were out and not left a card (this often happens).
