Normal Delivery takes 3-4 working days via Couirer Services, however during busy periods this may be longer, if you need deliveries to be guarenteed please select next day delivery options at check out.

Next Day Delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next working day by City Link or Royal Mail.

If ordered after 2:00pm on a Friday you will not receive the item until the following Tuesday.

All Deliveries (except FREE postage items) require a signature, therefore please specify a delivery address where there will be someone there to sign for the parcel or provide details of where the parcel may be left safe in the additional information relating to your order box at checkout.

We reserve the right to choose the carrier that we use.

If you decide to change the delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched there will be an additional postage charge of £5.99.

Please note that for Next Day Delivery, Orders and Payments MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2:00pm

If ordering 3 pairs of wellies for next day delivery, please ensure you click the correct next day delivery option at check out i.e. 3 items.

All Free P&P items are sent via Royal Mail, if you have not received your goods within 7 days of purchase, please contact your local sorting office as they may have tried to deliver whilst you were out and not left a card (this often happens).

Please ensure that you select the correct postage option at check out if you live in Northern Ireland or an Off-Shore Island as these areas carry a surcharge
