All goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of payments being cleared, however during busy periods this may be extended to 48/72 hours unless you have requested a next day delivery if paying by cheque goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared, which can take 5 - 7 days.

Stated UK postage & packaging rates applies to UK Mainland only, please ensure that you select the correct country at checkout as some parts of the UK carry a delivery surcharge.

Insurance is not included unless stated; therefore we cannot accept any claims for loss or damage in transit.

We offer a money back guarantee (LESS ORIGINAL P&P) if you are not completely satisfied with your goods.

Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, unused and undamaged AT BUYERS COST, we will then execute the refund.

If goods are returned after 7 days the buyer will be issued with a credit note, which will valid for 90 days.

Items that are returned that included a free item such as a Rain Poncho must be returned with the free item, failure to return the free item will mean that no refund will be issued until the free item is returned.

If an order is cancelled once payment has been made, a £2.50 administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

Any claim for non receipt of goods must be filed with us in writing within 7 days from the date that the payment was made, thereafter we cannot accept any responsibility for non delivery.

For Wellington Boots we advise that you should order your shoe size unless stated otherwise, as our boots do tend to come up big. however please refer to our wellie size guide before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible if the boots do not fit, as we do not have the privilege (or not) of being able to see your feet.

All next day deliveries are sent via Royal Mail/Courier unless otherwise stated. Whilst a 24 hour service is achieved on 99.9% of dispatches by Royal Mail/Courier this service cannot be guaranteed and may take up to 48 hours, also during adverse weather deliveries may be delayed, this is outside of our control and refunds for next day deliveries affected by this are none refundable. We reserve the right to choose which carrier we use.
