Hello,
I just received my second pair of rain boots and it was not noted that the size on website was Uk size 9 and I’m a US size 9. Big difference. I have my first pair that did not fit me (ankle is too small) and wanted to return for a refund but it cost me $75 to return back. And now I have this second pair that the boots are way too big. It did not even come with a return receipt or even a packing slip. What am I going to do with 2 brand new rain boots that I can’t even wear? That’s $200 out of my pocket for something I can’t use.
