What do you think of our new Website?

March 06, 2013 1 Comment

As you may notice, we have a major refresh of our website. This will now allow you to post reviews for products, and more importantly to see other peoples' opinions, give you a better visual overview of our range and should make the ordering process much easier with more up to date stock lists.

What do you think? Is there anything else you would like to see on the site to help you? Email us at sales@jileon.com with your feedback - we would love to hear from you.

Hello,
I just received my second pair of rain boots and it was not noted that the size on website was Uk size 9 and I’m a US size 9. Big difference. I have my first pair that did not fit me (ankle is too small) and wanted to return for a refund but it cost me $75 to return back. And now I have this second pair that the boots are way too big. It did not even come with a return receipt or even a packing slip. What am I going to do with 2 brand new rain boots that I can’t even wear? That’s $200 out of my pocket for something I can’t use.

They can have a purpose for anyone!  From someone who needs something to easily slip on their feet to pop outside to put out the recycling rubbish, put the washing out, put food out for the birds, grab something in from the car to someone who is unable to bend down easily to pull on longer welly boots.
