    What a Joyous Day!

    I ordered some Jileon wellies, not fully convinced that they were going to be any use to me. That the calves wouldn't be wide enough, the ankles not roomy enough.

    The first positive was they arrived within 48 hours ... they would have come within 24, but I emailed and asked if they could be delayed by a day. "No problem" was the quick response from Customer Service.

    Well, my new wellies are worth every single penny!

    The calves are roomy enough that I (surprisingly) don't need to be on fullest expansion, and there's space for my trouser legs down there as well. The ankles are roomy enough for me, whilst wearing two pairs of thick socks, to just slide them on and off despite my thick, swollen ankles due to water retention.

    I just wish I'd taken the chance on them years ago and not been so sceptical.
