Extra Wide Calf Raspberry Wellies - Wide in Foot and Ankle - Fit 40-57cm Calf

I'm very pleased with these wellies. I love the colour and the fit. The straps adjust on the outside and on the inside of the wellies. The straps on the inside rub against each other when I walk and that is slightly annoying. My husband bought a pair at the same time as me that adjust on the outside and on the back, and that seems like a much better design.

I purchased these wellies because they were for a wide foot and wide calf. I just purchased my normal shoes size. The wellies have removable insoles, so I was able to use my own orthotic insoles instead. Theboots are a perfect fit around the foot. The boots come with the calf buckle straps in the smallest fitting. I didn't need to extend the buckle straps at all as the boots have an ample fit around the calf, but there is a very generous amount of room for expansion if needed. There is also room for a thicker sock, if required, especially at the top of the boot. The absolute beauty of these wellies is that they slip on and off with ease, yet still give a secure fit around the foot. No more struggling to get wellies on or off, or resorting to wearing plastic bags to get into a boot. (I've done this quite a few times!) I can put these wellies on in no time, which is great when I'm out and about, changing footwear before getting in or out of the car after dog walks, or when I'm just popping into the garden with my dogs. The material is comfortable to wear when walking and there's no rubbing on the skin at all. The raspberry colour is lovely too - not too bright. These boots were a considered purchase price-wise but well worth the money if you have a wide foot or calf. I would definitely buy these again.
